This playful layback noir is mixed with more moodiness and melancholy than usual, added in a little spicy yakuza action to fire up the flavor, and ends with a strong kick of feeling of loss and sad as the bitter aftertaste. Yūsaku Matsuda fit and doesn’t fit the part of BJ at the same time, which makes his character even more unorthodox. I love it!
